FOUNDATION & STRUCTURES
Buildings have been designed Earth Quake Resistant as per seismic zone II requirements. Standard steel (TMT steel of standard ISI makes with approval of structural engineer) and cement of 53 or appropriate grade are to be used. Rerolled steel will not be used.
Walls would be erected using high quality concrete blocks/bricks for exterior and interior walls. 9" walls for external and 4 ½" walls for internal walls.
All toilets in office space/commercial are to be provided with acid resistant and antiskid ceramic flooring, 7' high dado with colored glazed ceramic tile with aesthetically matched paint above.
Vitrified tiles flooring with edge cut joints of size minimum 600*600*8 mm with high quality laying in inside area and quality granite blocks/any other natural stone flooring in common area.
Concealed Copper wiring of Finolex / Anchor / ISI make as specified for commercial buildings.
AC points/Data points & Sufficient light points are to be provided.
Electrical switches – MODULAR & Switch gears of ISI make – ABB/ ANCHOR ROMA/equivalent shall be used.
3 Phase supply for each unit/space.
